I’m Alex, the human behind Alex Faye Media. I’m originally from Florida and I’ve been taking photos since middle school, back when everything was a little messier and way less serious. I always liked noticing things. How people move, how moments feel, the stuff that happens in between. Picking up a camera just gave me a way to keep it all. Storytelling eventually turned into a Journalism degree, a stint as a reporter, and a career in marketing. These days I’ve got a master’s in Marketing and I’m working toward my MBA, because I like knowing both how things feel and how they actually work. Creative brain, organized brain, both fully online.

Somewhere along the way, weddings became my thing. The laughter, the nerves, the sweetest moments no one sees, the details people obsess over for months, and the moments nobody plans for. It’s one of the few days in life people want to remember forever, exactly as it felt, not polished into something unrecognizable.

On a wedding day, my goal is simple. Help you feel comfortable, keep things moving, and capture what’s actually happening. I’ll notice the quiet stuff, the loud stuff, and everything in between, so you can stay present and trust that it’s all being taken care of.

Being invited into a day like that is not something I take lightly. It’s a weird, wonderful privilege, and honestly, it never gets old.
